◆ RETURNS & REFUNDS
For the items that are made to order by your preferred size, there is no possibility to exchange for the other size.
I won’t be able to exchange or refund your order.
> It the product is damaged when you receive it, and it is damage made by our production you may return it within the 5 days, only after you inform us about the damage and provide the proof. The product must be returned unworn and unwashed, in its original package with a receipt or proof of purchase.
> When returning a product, please mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS” to avoid any custom charges.
> Once the returned product has arrived to me, I’ll refund the product price once the product is investigated and cleared. Do attach a photo if such is applicable.

My processing time is between 7-10 business days. Once the payment is cleared, I send your order via national postal service with a tracking number provided.
